WHAT IS NUTRITION?

 

 DEFINITION

Nutrition is the act or process of nourishing or being nourished; specifically : the sum of the processes by which an animal or plant takes in and utilizes food substances. Human being must eat in order to survive.

WHAT SHALL I EAT?

To get strength and health, we should eat all kind of food: vegetable, fruits, meat, fish,  starchy food; But the more important is to never eat late minimize the snacks, avoid junk food to do not have a junk body...



WHAT IS THE BEST FOOD FOR A BABY?

THE BEST FOOD FOR A BABY IS THE MILK OF HIS MOTHER because it will increase the power of his immune system and also because of the love that he will receive when he will rest on the breath of his mother.
However, it is not good for a child who have already teeth (around 1 year old) to continue to drink that milk; most of the time the children become violent, bite and hurt the breath of their mothers.
It is one of the mission of the mother to wean her child and give little by little a solid food.
